Something here is wrong

A fence that has moved, a lap requirement that has changed, a cashier that has slowed since we last walked it. Send what you have seen and the trail gets re-walked. These go to the front of the queue ahead of everything else, and the correction is made on the page with a line saying what moved.

You want to understand something

How the two balances differ, why a brand sits where it does, what a term in a rulebook actually means in practice. Ask and you get a direct answer from somebody who has funded the account in question. Nothing you send goes anywhere else.

Your account has gone wrong

We cannot open, unlock, verify or pay out on any casino account, because none of them belong to us. A stalled redemption or a vanished balance can only be moved by the operator support desk, and our notes record how quickly each one answered when we needed it.

You represent a brand

Write freely. What is not available at any price is a position in the notes, a look at a review before it publishes, or a change to one afterwards. A commercial arrangement buys a link and nothing further, and it is disclosed wherever it applies.

You are struggling with gambling

The National Problem Gambling Helpline answers on 1-800-522-4700, free, confidential and open at every hour. That number is more use than anything we could write back to you.
