Sweepstakes Scout USAOpen across mostof the country
Promotional law rather than gambling licensing makes availability wide. One state is closed everywhere and four more are restricted at some operators.
Adults only. Gold Coins never convert to cash. Free postal entry accepted at every brand listed. Helpline 1-800-522-4700.
Washington
Closed at every brand in these notes, with no exceptions. Washington treats online gambling far more strictly than any other state and operators make no attempt to work around it. If you are there, none of these accounts will open.
Idaho, Michigan, Montana and Nevada
Restricted rather than uniformly closed. Some operators exclude one or more as policy while others accept them. The operator rules page is the only authority, and our notes record exclusions wherever the brand publishes them.
The rest
Generally open, subject to age. Most operators set eighteen and some set twenty-one regardless of state law, so check before registering rather than afterwards.
How location is verified
Operators geolocate at sign-up and again at redemption. A virtual private network will not help and will usually cost you the balance, because misrepresenting your location breaches the terms at every brand we tested. Accounts closed on those grounds are not paid.
Not legal advice
We walk casinos, we do not practise law, and promotional law shifts. Treat this page as a starting point and the operator rules page as the authority. If a brand accepts your registration, it has made its own determination about your state.
Check before you register
Every note lists the operator, the fence, the play-through and the payout time we measured.
